Netim is reviewing its internal organization during this unprecedented health crisis.

Coronavirus/COVID-19: a message from the Netim team.


Dear client,

During the past few weeks, we have been experiencing an unprecedented situation related to the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

After the announcements made by the French government, Netim decided to reconsider its organization for the next two weeks.

Our goal is simple: continue to ensure our customers the same quality of services while remaining in compliance with the sanitary restrictions established by the French government.

From now on, and for the next two weeks, our employees will be working remotely.


How does this translate operationally?


All our services, commercial and marketing operations and customer service remain open and unchanged. As a consequence, you can continue to carry out your operations and contact our customer service during the opening hours.

Our customer service is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm (UTC+1) and our sales department from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (UTC+1). 


Remote working is a method that we know well since some of our employees already practice it throughout the year.

In these special times, we are convinced that our business and our quality of services must remain intact. And we will do everything we can in accordance with it.
